USA Asking Judge to Sentence Josh Duggar to 240 Months in Federal Prison, Maximum

“Justice must be tempered with mercy,” says the Duggar defense.

According to memorandum, attorneys are requesting the Federal courts to sentence convicted reality TV star, Josh Duggar, to 240 months in prison while the defense has requested five years.
