My Copyrights Were Violated

Having my Copyrights violated not once, but twice by a fellow creator stings. YouTube not standing by their Community Guidelines and allowing the creator to keep both videos which violate my copyrights feels like YouTube is also complicit in hurting my creative intellectual rights.
