Taylor is a happily-divorced, single-mother, native to the sunny Southwest with a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and a Masters in Social Work, both from Arizona State University. Taylor earned her Social Work License in 2013 and gained professional experience ranging from outpatient mental health counseling, in-home hospice, residential substance abuse treatment, community crisis intervention and inpatient psychiatric care. In 2012, she was trained in diagnosing adults, with the use of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) and has been Trauma Informed since March 2019.
Taylor’s hobbies include reading, writing, crafting with her child, gardening, and has found new relaxation techniques, including diamond painting and macramé.
